The Instructor

Hi, my name Jeff Wai. Being an instructor is never a ‘to-do-list’ for me, because it’s not an easy task. But through CoreFit Malaysia, I learned and gained so much experiences before being an instructor! Cardio exercises definitely is one of my weakness! Before this I won’t be able to finish 15 minutes running on treadmill and I gave up on cardio exercises. Therefore I totally understand why people fear in joining any cardio classes especially the high intensity ones.

Throughout these years I successfully inspired so many people by sharing my stories and my journey in trampoline workout. Motivate all my members not to easily give up, encourage them to jump along with their workout buddies, and their fitness goal is just one step closer.

I have members with joints issue, knee pain problem, slipped disc, weight issue, bad posture, incoordinate movement, low stamina and so much more, this made my instructor journey more challenging and interesting! My passion is to help and change their lives in the simplest and most effective way possible. Everyone deserves good health, being confidence and happy with themselves inside out!

All of them coming with purposes and everyone going back with phenomenal results! This is the biggest achievement and honour being called an instructor!
